25 Random things
Since everyone is making this kind of stuff here, I decided to make my own to kill my boredom.
1. We are four in the family including my mother and father. Ive got an older brother named Stephen and hes 9 years older than me.
2. Related to #1. My family as I said has 4 members but actually were 5. Ive got an older sister from my father. Actually Stephen is my stepbrother from my mother so I ended up to be the one and only son of my mother and father.
3. Im a sanguine type of person. I usually have so many friends whenever I go. Im very friendly eventhough sometimes people see me as snob and “mahangin”. These people are the ones who im not close with.
4. From # 3. I couldn’t really validate if im really “mahangin” for them , I just feel that they see me this way. Or maybe I really am?
5. Im not really into sports. In elementary, I like track and field. I usually like to run run and run but I never really joined in sports competition. People that time never really sees me to be athletic so maybe that’s the reason why im not confident to join in such things. In hs, my classmates and batchmates were really growing up and I think Im the one whos left behind. Im always the one in front whenever we had flag ceremony (same in elementary) and I don’t know why I don’t grow. People were beginning to act maturely while they call me immature or “walay buot”. That time I had developed to like lawn tennis and ping pong. My uncle taught me how to play lawn but im not that really good. I never joined sportsfest because I always told myself that theres someone whos better off than me.
6. There is a saying that says “ a friend of everybody is a friend of nobody”. Maybe Im like this. In hs, almost barkadas were my friends. I couldn’t really say that I belong to a particular barkada because I always jumped off to the other group whenever I like to. I usually heard barkada 1 backbiting barkada 2 and barkada 3 and vice versa and other hs petty things.
7. In college, I brought my attitude of being like in #6 but this time I almost deal with everyone who are older than me (not really everyone but most of them). Ive been with so many people that sometimes its not really a problem whom I eat my dinner with (they say eating alone is one of the saddest thing here on earth!).
8. I love school. I love doing schoolwork eventhough sometimes it pisses me off. Whenever I get bored, I always tell myself that it may be better if I have so many things to do than sit and wait. I consider myself now as a workaholic. It is something I live with.
9. I like so many many many many girls but Im choosing to be single for the moment. I don’t really like commitments because theyre like choking me up. I love to experience the best of the best of being single.
10. Ive got this crazy idea for my future. Im planning to save my money until it reaches a million before Im 30. I really don’t know how would I do this but im pretty optimistic about it.
11. I easily get bored. If I have something that I do for the moment, I don’t really finished it immediately and always end up with so many unfinished work that I would do all over again.
12. I think this is related to #11, Im so puzzled and been wondering why so many people are addicted with computer games but um not. I already tried it with so many pc games before but I always end up not finishing any of them.
13. When I was in elementary and hs, I always make poems and haikus but I stopped doing this because im not really good in vocabulary and grammar. I Often do it in English. Im not also really good in Filipino or even in Cebuano.
14. When I entered UP, I began to realize many things. Things that will make you feel more mature and feel like youre someone that understands something that others don’t. Im not talking here about academic thingies but im referring to be like “politically-socially aware” of the things around me. I couldn’t understand before why activist especially here in school do protest against the government knowing that the government itself made them study here. Not until I realized and my eyes were opened on the realities of the society. I understand them and Im with them.
15. Related to #14. Im not saying here that Im a political activist, an environmental activist I guess. I joined Greenpeace and this organization really makes me proud. Back to what Im saying, my sentiments are with those protesting. I know they would not do that if the society is fair and just.
16. I love texting, texting with whom? Texting anyone, I mean I usually make “papansin” on text but it doesn’t mean I want them to text back, it just that Im really hooked on sending meaningless and senseless text messages.
17. Most of the people I met told me that were rich but were not. I think im just good on saving money that when im spending out, they could say that ive got a lot of it.
18. Im a church person. I grew up attending bible schools and Sunday schools. My lola used to bring me in the church when I was young. That’s where I learned to love the church and of course, GOD.
19. Back in hs, I remember teaching in VCS and Sunday school in the church. We teach young children ages 3-10 yrs old and sometimes it makes me realize that if im going to be a teacher, I think Ill be a good one.
20. For now, Im staying here on Graduate hall dormitory here in UPV. My barkada here are my dormmates. Sometimes we go skimboarding and sometimes we go jogging. I have a best friend and his name is Arjunn. Hes currently working in DENR as a laboratory analyst.
21. Because im studying here in Iloilo, its nice to say that I experienced and have been to places ive never visited before. I would sometimes ask myself, what if I studied in davao, could I go to these places? The joy of studying away and far from home is that you could experience to go to other places and meet other people. That’s the best way to grow.
22. I love watching tv especially here in the dorm haha I don’t know, I just got addicted. One thing could be the reason is that… when I was in hs our tv got sick and ive learned to listen to radio every night. Listening TYa DEly. I miss her anyway, shes in heaven now.

24. I love taking pictures too bad I don’t have a budget for a digicam. If someone is willing to give me one, it is really appreciated hehe
25. Im left-handed and I love my penmanship. Im proud to be someone who’s different from the majority. LONG LIVE THE LEFTIES! hehe
